Terms of use
Nature of this directory
Le Roi du Château publishes factual records about historic buildings, compiled from public sources. Inclusion is not a recommendation, a valuation, a survey or a structural assessment, and nothing on this site should be relied upon in a purchase, sale, insurance or planning decision. Anyone acting on information found here should verify it against the original source and take their own professional advice.
Accuracy
Data is reproduced from public registers and may contain errors, omissions or entries that have since changed. We correct what is reported to us and verifiable against the source, but we give no warranty that any record is complete or current.
Third-party sources and links
Source data is used under the licences named on each record: Licence Ouverte 2.0 (Etalab) for the Base Mérimée, CC0 for Wikidata, and the individual licence stated for each image from Wikimedia Commons. Links to external sites are provided for reference; we are not responsible for their content.
Content supplied by owners, hotels and agents
Where a listing has been claimed, the text, images and links in the claimed section are supplied by the claimant. The claimant warrants that they hold the necessary rights and that the content is accurate, and indemnifies Meijer Projectontwikkeling B.V. against claims arising from it. Le Roi du Château hosts that content; it does not endorse it.
Intellectual property
The design, editorial content, illustrations and compiled presentation of this directory are the property of Meijer Projectontwikkeling B.V. Source data remains under its own licence and may be reused accordingly.
