What we collect

• Newsletter — your email address and language preference, only after you confirm the subscription by clicking the link in the confirmation email (double opt-in). Every issue carries an unsubscribe link.
• Corrections — the field, your suggested correction and, if you choose to give it, your email address so we can come back to you about it.
• Enquiries — the name, email address and message you send us.
• Analytics — Google Analytics 4, loaded only after you consent. Without consent nothing is loaded from Google and no analytics cookie is set.
• Language — one functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) remembering whether you read the site in English or French. It carries no identifier and needs no consent.

Why, and on what basis

Newsletter: your consent. Corrections and enquiries: our legitimate interest in maintaining the accuracy of the directory and answering the people who write to us. Analytics: your consent.

Who processes it

Data is stored with Supabase (database) and Resend (email delivery), and the site is hosted by Vercel. We do not sell personal data and we do not pass enquiry data on as sales leads.

How long we keep it

Newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. Corrections and enquiries for as long as they are useful for the record, and no longer than two years after the matter is closed.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, at info@meijerprojectontwikkeling.nl. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
