Redaktionelle Einordnung
The operator connects Kinnersley with the chain of Marches castles along the Welsh border, while identifying the Vaughan family's Elizabethan remodelling as responsible for much of the building seen today. Oak-panelled rooms and a solar ceiling dated 1588 form part of that domestic history.
