Manoir construit entre 1560 et 1588, traditionnellement attribué à un armateur enrichi, Pharamond du Flot. Architecture de brique, organisation du bâti à l’intérieur d’une cour fermée. Cheminées monumentales à atlantes ou cariatides, caractéristiques de la seconde Renaissance.
