Historical note
Kasteel De Bongard. Herenhuis: een ronde toren, een zijvleugel en ingangsvleugel als restant van een groter geheel. Opgetrokken van baksteen met speklagen, 1523 e.v. Laatgotische poortomlijsting en aan binnenplaats renaissance-arcaden. Inwendig o.a. een laatgotische schouw. Bouwhoeve van kalkbreuksteen; 1701, maat gewijzigd.
