Historical note
Huize ' 't Holthuis'. Deftig herenhuis, begin 19e eeuw, met verdieping en omlopend schilddak met hoekschoorstenen, waarop windkappen. Geprofileerde houten kroonlijst. Brede middenrisaliet, waarin deuromlijsting met Ionische pilasters en hoofdgestel. Vensters met acht- en negenruitsschuiframen. Omringende tuin- en parkaanleg. In basis 18de eeuw, met afwisselend open en gesloten delen. Parkaanleg uit 1925 en geometrische deeltuin uit 1927, beide ontworpen door de Firma Copijn en Zoon. Vijverpartij met rotstuin. Kas en broeibakken.
