Dresden Cathedral

Dresden's former Catholic Court Church was built by Gaetano Chiaveri between 1739 and 1751 in the Roman late Baroque style. It was severely damaged in the air raid of 13 February 1945. The main nave returned to use in 1962, and the church became a cathedral in 1980.
