From the register

Elevé pour Louis XIV comme relais de chasse, puis surélevé à la fin du 18e siècle pour le prince de Beauvau. Château très modifié sous le Second Empire pour Achille FOULD (surtout le décor intérieur). Parc transformé au 18e siècle par Hubert ROBERT.
