From the register

Du logis décrit en 1601, il ne reste plus rien, sinon peut-être une cheminée monumentale. Le château a été entièrement reconstruit entre 1780 et 1790 pour Michel-René-François du Mans de Chalais. Les communs ont été reconstruits à la fin du XIXe siècle et les jardins réaménagés vers 1920.
