Le château de Saint-Elix est une modeste maison forte située au sommet d’une colline dominant la vallée de la Noue. Il est constitué d’un noyau médiéval, une maison-tour des 14e-15e siècles, et d’un logis à étage bâti au 17e siècle. La tour d’escalier présente un plan carré à l’extérieur et circulaire à l’intérieur.
