Describe the property. Do not claim a guaranteed return, a structural condition, a planning permission or a compliance status unless you can evidence it — you remain responsible for every statement in your advertisement, and we remove those we cannot let stand.
A fixed fee for a fixed period. There is no commission, no success fee and no share of a sale — that is a deliberate limit on what this platform is, not an offer we might extend later.
